Ranchi, September 24 (HS). The ED has filed a chargesheet against land dealer Kamlesh Kumar, accused in the Kanke land fraud case, in the court of PMLA Special Judge Yogesh Kumar on Tuesday. The chargesheet includes the names of six people including Kamlesh and Kanke CO Jai Kumar Ram.
There are other charges against Kamlesh including illegal occupation of government and raiyati land, selling the land by changing its nature. In the charge sheet, ED has given detailed information of the entire land scam. On 26th July, ED team arrested him after interrogation. Land dealer Kamlesh is accused of occupying 300 acres of land. On 21st June, ED raided Kamlesh's hideout. During the raid, 100 rifle bullets along with one crore cash were recovered from his residence. By taking over two cases registered in Kanke police station and two cases registered in Gonda police station, i.e. total four cases, ED has registered ECIR case against Kamlesh Kumar, Amrendra Kumar Pandey and Noorul Ansari.
