Eat melatonin-rich foods for better sleep

Dietitian Aayushi Yadav told that for good sleep, you can increase the intake of some melatonin-rich foods.

Eggs are rich in protein and other essential nutrients. Eating eggs also helps in getting good sleep as it is one of the best sources of melatonin. Start your day with eggs to get the many benefits of eggs.
