- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 3-4 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 inch ginger
- Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 pinches of turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- Chopped green coriander
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- Oil
- salt to taste

How to make Cauliflower Paratha
- Take a grinding jar and add 3-4 chopped green chillies, 6-7 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and make a coarse paste.
- Take a large bowl and add 2 cups chopped cabbage, prepared paste, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup grated carrot and 1 cup chopped onion.
- Add 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala and 2 pinches of turmeric.
- – Now add chopped coriander to it and mix everything well.
- To this, slowly add 1 cup gram flour and 4 teaspoons of rice flour and mix everything well.
- – Place a pan on the gas and apply oil in it and sprinkle water over it.
