Easy recipe for spicy and tasty rajma

Ingredients for making Rajma Masala

How to make Rajma Masala

  • – Wash two bowls of kidney beans and soak them overnight.
  • – Then add all the kidney beans, water, bay leaves, sesame seeds, cardamom, salt in the cooker and boil it.
  • – Now take oil in a pan. – Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes. – Then add grated ginger.
  • Now add tomato puree and mix. Cook till the oil separates.
  • – Now add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and mix.
  • Now add rajma along with water in it. Then let it boil. – Then add kasuri methi, coriander in it. So your hot rajma is ready.
