Moradabad, June 29 (HS). E-office system will be operated in Moradabad district from July 15. When the new system starts, files will open on computer or laptop in just one click. Now officers and employees will not be able to make excuses of loss or disappearance of department files.
Moradabad's Additional District Magistrate Administration Gulab Chandra said on Saturday that all the records have been made online to connect all the departments of the district to e-office from July 15. Codes will be given to the in-charges of the departments. The records will be operated through digital signature. The officers themselves will open the related file and check it. If the officers are also negligent, then the DM or other senior officers will catch the negligence. In this matter, training of officers and employees is going on at the district level.
Under the e-office system, the entire system will be operated under the supervision of ADM Administration Gulab Chandra and ADM Finance and Revenue Satyam Mishra. For this, the employees need to have proficiency in operating computers. Now the number of employees will be assessed and sorted out.
