Duplantis sets another world record in pole vault jump

Sweden’s Armand Duplantis continued his world record in 2024 and retained the gold medal he won in Tokyo in Paris. He broke his own world record thrice this year and achieved a historic victory in the Olympics. He registered a new world record in his name by jumping 6.26 meters. Apart from this, he became World Indoor Champion for the second time and European Champion for the third time.
