BJP MLA and former minister Siddharth Nath said this while addressing the public meeting before the Prime Minister’s address at the formal inauguration program of Mahakumbh 2025 at Sangam Nose on Friday.

He said that after this accident, the Supreme Court banned the arrival of any VIP during the Kumbh Mela. Previous governments did not act properly on the world’s largest religious event. 50 people lost their lives in this Kumbh. This has happened due to poor system management by the government.
