He said that after completing the journey of seven and a half decades of independence, our glorious country is moving towards the centenary of independence. The dream of the national heroes who gave us independence and to make Mother India the world leader is now coming true. The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the vision of making a developed, self-reliant and advanced India by the centenary of independence i.e. 2047. To achieve this vision, Gujarat has also resolved to make 'Developed India from Developed Gujarat'. The rapid development of industries in Gujarat has opened employment opportunities for the youth.

The Chief Minister said that after completing the journey of seven and a half decades of independence, our glorious country is moving towards the centenary of independence. The good fortune that we all have got to breathe in the free air of freedom has at its root the saga of sacrifice, dedication and martyrdom of many heroes. Today, bow down and salute our freedom fighters who got Mother India freed from foreign rule, struggled for years and faced lathi-bullets of the British.

The Chief Minister said that the dream of the freedom fighters to make Bharat Mata the world leader is now coming true. There was a time when the developed countries of the world did not even pay attention to India. Today, the same countries look at India and Indians with respect due to India's continuous global development journey. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is reaching new heights on the global stage. Be it the G20 Summit, the Ukraine-Russia war or 'Mission Life' for environmental protection, the world is accepting the ideas and views of our Prime Minister. India's economy has reached the fifth position from the eleventh position in the world, and now we have to reach the third position. He has given the world the idea of ​​environment-friendly development to face the challenges of global warming. To increase the green cover of the entire creation and make the earth green, he has inspired everyone to adopt an innovative approach called 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'. The heritage of the country's pilgrimage centers and pilgrimage places has been developed with a modern form. He said that through 'Vocal for Local', the Prime Minister has established a unique identity of handicrafts, home industry products, famous food items, fairs and folk festivals of various districts in the country and the world.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said that today when we are celebrating the 78th Independence Day, the country is moving towards all-round and world-class development. Along with industry and infrastructure, the development of social sectors like agriculture, education and health has also been kept at the center. 'Gyan' i.e. the all-inclusive development of the poor, the food providers, the youth and the women power has also been given priority. This government is dedicated to the welfare of the poor, the deprived, the last-mile people and the tribals. Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, more than three and a half crore poor people have been provided free food grains and care has been taken that no person sleeps hungry.

The Chief Minister said that we have adopted the strategy of 'Women Led Development' to promote the contribution of women in the economy and social life. More than three lakh thirteen thousand women have been made self-reliant through Mission Mangalam. In the Prime Minister's resolution to make women economically self-reliant and lakhpati didis, Gujarat has set a target of making seven and a half lakh lakhpati didis. Patel said that to make the dreams of young entrepreneurs come true, young entrepreneurs are assisted with a fund of one thousand crore rupees. Enterprising youth have become employers by taking advantage of this scheme and starting their own industries. He expressed confidence that there is a resolution to develop Gujarat by making Gujarat a leader in many such areas by the year 2047.
