After marriage, her husband Vishnu, mother-in-law Sarbati, father-in-law Mehar Singh, sister-in-law Darshana, Krishna were not happy with the dowry and used to taunt her. After 6 months of marriage, these people started beating her. Panchayat was also held in this matter. The woman said that on October 9, when she was working at home, her brother-in-law Sher Singh and his wife Roshni, Krishna, Dalbir came and asked her to get the land allotted to them from her maternal house in their name.
