Due to family dispute, uncle killed his nephew with an axe

Dantewada, April 09 (Hindustan Reporter) Due to a family dispute in village Parcheli under Katekalyan police station area of ​​the district, uncle Handa Kawasi attacked his nephew with an axe, due to which nephew Lakhma Kawasi died on the spot. The police arrested the accused uncle and also recovered the ax used in the murder. After taking action at Katekalyan police station, the police presented the accused before the court on Tuesday and sent him to jail.

According to the information received from the police, the deceased's nephew Lakhma Kawasi, a resident of Parcheli, was having some dispute with his uncle Handa Kawasi for the last few years. Today again there was a fight between the two in the village, first there was a lot of abuse, then a fight started between the two. After which uncle Handa Kawasi got angry and attacked his nephew with the ax he was carrying. There were attacks on the head, hands, back and other parts of the body. Due to which nephew Lakhma Kawasi died on the spot. After the incident the uncle had fled from the spot. Masa Kawasi, the elder brother of the deceased, had informed the police about this. Police have arrested the accused Handa Kawasi from the village itself.
