How to make milky gram dal curry
- Soak gram dal for 7 hours.
- – Now put two spoons of ghee in the cooker and add cumin seeds, chopped onion and fry it.
- – Now add ginger-garlic-matcha paste in it. Then add tomato, salt, red chili powder and mix.
- – Now add gram dal and chopped milk in it. Mix and add water to it. Then cook it.
- – Then open the cooker and shake it well so that the milk gets completely absorbed into it.
- Then add dry mango powder, garam masala and kasuri methi and mix. – Then add green coriander in it. Your milk gram curry is ready.
