The allegations leveled by Dubai have also been accepted by the Overseas Committee of the Parliament of Pakistan. The committee said that the efficiency of the Pakistani workforce is decreasing and due to this people are hiring people from Bangladesh as well. But in many places including Dubai, no one is ready to hire people who have left Pakistan. It was said in the meeting of the Senate Committee that Pakistanis are not able to develop skills with the changing technology. Apart from this, there are complaints about their behavior as well. Due to this, it has become difficult for them to get a job in the Gulf countries.

Pakistanis are involved in 50 percent of crimes

50 percent of crimes committed by workers in the UAE are committed by Pakistanis. The Foreign Ministry Secretary said that there is a growing trend of Pakistani workers not getting jobs abroad. This is because of changes with changing technology but Pakistani people are still unskilled. There is a lack of skills or very low skills in the labor force and hence other people are employed in place of Pakistanis.

Bangladesh should take inspiration

A Pakistani official said that we should take Bangladesh as an inspiration. Their people easily get jobs in other countries. The Pakistani government admitted that about 11 crore Pakistanis are working in countries like America, Saudi Arabia, Britain, Canada. Islamic countries like Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE have strongly objected to the behavior of Pakistani people.
