DSP Dilpreet suffered a heart attack while exercising in the gym, died while being taken to the hospital; Deployed at Khanuri border

Ludhiana : The condition of national swimmer and current DSP Malerkotla Dilpreet Singh (49) deteriorated due to a heart attack at Hotel Park Plaza, Bhai Bala Chowk. His colleagues took him to the hospital in critical condition, where doctors declared him dead.

According to the information, Dilpreet Singh used to come to the gym every day to exercise. On Thursday afternoon he came to the gym and was exercising. Meanwhile his health suddenly deteriorated. Let us tell you that Dilpreet Singh was posted as ACP Financial in Ludhiana. After the recent transfers, he has been posted as DSP Malerkotla. Now he was offering his services there. His house is in Police Line, Ludhiana.

Dilpreet Singh was a national level swimmer. His sister has been an international level swimmer. Dilpreet Singh joined Punjab Police as ASI in 1992. He has served in various police stations in Punjab. In 2019, he was promoted and became ACP.
