what is learner license
Learner License allows you to learn driving with a regular and experienced driver of your choice. If you want to drive a motor car or two-wheeler, it must be done by a friend, relative or driving school instructor who has a valid driving license. If you want to become a professional driver and drive commercial, passenger or cargo vehicles, you will have to take training from a driving school recognized by the Department of Transport.
No person may act as a conductor unless he holds an effective conductor's license authorizing him to act. The minimum educational qualification for this license may be prescribed by the State Government. Application for obtaining a conductor's license may be made to the licensing authority having jurisdiction.
