Healthy Soup: Liver is one of the most important organs of the body. It is very important for the liver to be healthy for the body to function properly. This soup will help in making the liver healthy

Ghee contains healthy fats. It supports liver function.
Garlic and cabbage activate liver enzymes for detoxification.
The sulfur present in garlic activates enzymes essential for liver health.
Ginger reduces liver inflammation. The anti-oxidant present in it protects the liver cells from damage.
The properties present in ginger work to naturally reduce the fat deposited around the liver.
Carrots protect liver cells from damage.
Beetroot works to detoxify the liver.
Beetroot contains betaine. It helps in reducing the dirt, toxins and fat accumulated in the liver.
Black pepper is good for digestion.

Make this soup at home to detoxify the liver

Soup ingredients
Cabbage – 40 grams
Ginger – a piece
Beetroot – 1
Carrot – 1
Garlic – 1 clove
Lemon half
Coriander – handful
Water – 500 ml
Ghee – 1-2 tbsp

How to make the soup –
Put cabbage, ginger, beetroot, carrot, garlic and water in a cooker. Chop all these things finely and put them in the cooker.
Now add ghee to it. If you do not like ghee then you can avoid it.
Close the cooker and let it whistle 3 times.
– Now open the cooker and add lemon juice to it.
– Add coriander to it.
Add black salt and black pepper to it.
Drink it hot.
