Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has set a new record on Tuesday. Land Attack Cruise Missile has been successfully test fired for the first time from the Integrated Test Range at Chandipur, Odisha. According to the information, it is an anti-ship ballistic cruise missile. Its range extends up to one thousand kilometers. According to the Defense Ministry, all sub-systems of the missile performed as expected and successfully accomplished their primary mission objectives. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has also congratulated DRDO on this success.
