Ranchi, 04 July (HS). On Thursday, Colonel Dr. Updesh Kumar Sharma and Deputy Development Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Yadav from NITI Aayog, Government of India inaugurated the Sampoornata Abhiyan in the aspirational district Ranchi and aspirational block Mandar in the auditorium of Vikas Bhavan in Ranchi.

Its objective is to achieve saturation of indicators identified in various subjects like health, nutrition, agriculture, social development and education. This campaign will run for three months (July to September, 2024). In the program, Colonel Dr. Updesh Kumar Sharma, on behalf of NITI Aayog, Government of India, while giving instructions to the concerned officials, said that NITI Aayog should achieve the target of achieving saturation in six indicators under the Sampoornata Abhiyan in the next three months under the Aspirational District Program and Aspirational Block Program. The objective of this program in these three months is to increase the access to facilities in the extremely backward areas and to provide better lifestyle to the common citizens, under this Sampoorna Abhiyan, work will be done on 06 indicators – health, nutrition, agriculture, social development and education. Also, monthly targets will be set under this. The targeted progress will be regularly reviewed at the block and district level against the monthly target set.

In this program, all the officers and officials present took oath to saturate all the indicators of the Sampoornata Abhiyan.
