Cabinet Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta has said that the long-standing demand of the citizens of Hisar district to build a new bus stand and Maharaja Agrasen Civil Hospital building will now be fulfilled. The foundation stone of both the development projects will be laid within the next two months, for which all the paperwork is being completed rapidly.
Dr. Kamal Gupta said on Monday that 52 acres of land has been identified near SCADA Jal Ghar in the city for the construction of the new bus station and Maharaja Agrasen Civil Hospital. The proposal for both the development projects is being prepared at a fast pace so that the foundation stone of both the development projects can be laid within the next two months. He said that the building of Maharaja Agrasen Civil Hospital and the bus station will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and will be built according to architecture.
The minister said that the new bus stand will be developed in 30 acres and Maharaja Agrasen Civil Hospital in 22 acres. The place identified for both these development projects will be suitable for the citizens in every respect. As the new bus stand will be built near the national highway, there will be no need for the buses to enter the city, as a result of which the journey of the passengers will become easy and safe and their time will also be saved.

Dr. Gupta said that passengers travelling to Sirsa-Delhi-Bhiwani and many other cities will no longer have to face traffic jams. Due to proximity to the national highway, passengers will save time as buses will now be able to depart directly towards their destination. Cabinet Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta said that 22 acres of land has been identified for the construction of Maharaja Agrasen Civil Hospital. The buildings of both the development projects, the bus stand and the civil hospital, will be built together. Citizens will also benefit from this, patients who come from far off places for treatment will be able to reach the hospital directly as soon as they get down at the bus stand without spending money on auto. He said that world class designs have been prepared for the buildings of both the development projects. The process of land transfer for both the development projects has been completed.
