Gurugram, May 31 (HS). To solve the water problem in the city, Dr. DP Goyal, member of the Railway Advisory Committee, met Municipal Corporation XEN Manoj Kumar. During this, Vinod Agarwal Dharmani, Canvin Sachcha Sathi Manoj Garg, Sandeep Sharma, Rajesh Saini etc. were present with him.
Dr. DP Goyal informed the XEN about the disrupted water supply in various areas. He discussed the problem with him in detail. The XEN assured to streamline the water supply as soon as possible. Dr. DP Goyal said that drinking water lines in every area of Gurugram have been repaired as per the government's instructions. Old lines have been replaced so that drinking water supply can be pure and smooth. Old water lines would often leak and drinking water supply would get disrupted. After replacing the drinking water lines, such complaints were resolved. He said that now many areas are facing water problem. Drinking water is not reaching the homes.
Giving details of various areas in writing to XEN Manoj Kumar, Dr. DP Goyal said that problems in homes increase due to water shortage in summer season. Water is one of our basic needs. If there is no daily water supply, people's daily routine gets affected. He has requested all RWAs to install water harvesting systems in their areas, so that rainwater does not flow into the drains. The ground can be recharged with it. Dr. DP Goyal said that to stop the wastage of water, to supply water to every home, brother Naveen Goyal, the state head of Vyapar Prakoshtha Haryana, works all the time with his entire team. He spreads awareness among the people and shares information on this serious subject. Every citizen should take initiative to save water, so that we can store water for our future.
