DPL Viral: India's wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant was seen playing in a T20 tournament in Delhi on Saturday, August 17. Delhi and District Cricket Association has started the Delhi Premier League T20. In the tournament, Rishabh Pant was seen playing and captaining Old Delhi 6. Although his team had to face defeat, something was seen in the match which has not been seen in Rishabh Pant's career till now. For some time, Rishabh Pant was seen in a new avatar.

In the DPL T20 tournament, Rishabh Pant was seen captaining Delhi 6 but he did not play the role of wicketkeeper. Vansh Bedi played the role of wicketkeeper for his team but he himself appeared on the field as a fielder. Apart from this, a surprising thing was that Rishabh Pant himself was seen bowling in the last over. Rishabh Pant has not bowled in his professional career but here he was seen bowling.

However, when there was nothing left in the match, Rishabh Pant came to bowl. In the last over, South Delhi Superstars needed only 1 run to win. Rishabh Pant bowled the very first ball on which 1 run was scored and South Delhi team won the match. In this match, the audience came to see Rishabh Pant's batting but he was seen struggling in the initial several overs. At one time he was playing by scoring runs per ball but in the end he played an innings of 35 runs in 32 balls.

South Delhi captain Ashu Badoni scored 57 runs in 29 balls. He scored a half-century with the help of one four and six sixes. He also got 1 wicket from Bolink. However, the Player of the Match award went to Prince Arya who scored 57 runs in 30 balls.
