Dozens of research proposals from the Faculty of Science and Humanities were approved in the PGRC meeting

Bhagalpur, May 10 (HS). Vice Chancellor Prof. at Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) at the VC's residential office in Lalbagh on Friday. The Post Graduate Research Council (PGRC) met under the chairmanship of Jawahar Lal.

Many research proposals of the Faculty of Science and Humanities were approved in the meeting of PGRC, in which about two dozen research proposals were approved while three were given time extension.

PRO Dr. Deepak Kumar Dinkar said that under the Faculty of Science, 03 theses in Chemistry, 05 in Botany, 01 in Mathematics were passed, while time extension was given in 02 cases of Zoology and 01 in Biotechnology. Under the Faculty of Humanities, 02 research proposals of English, 05 of Angika, 05 of Bengali and 03 of Urdu were approved, whereas 01 research proposal from Maithili subject was approved with instructions to make amendments.

The decision of the Director of Research in Social Sciences to provide a guide to the researcher after his death was agreed upon. After the fourth phase teachers were removed from service, the Dean of Commerce was instructed to increase the file to provide new guides to the research scholars in the Commerce Faculty. In the PGRC meeting, TMBU's controller of examinations Dr. Anand Kumar Jha along with all the deans, heads of all PG departments, second senior teachers and personnel of the research section were present.
