Punjabi industry's famous singer and Bollywood actor Diljit Dosanjh is in the headlines these days for his India tour. Diljit Dosanjh will perform a big concert at 10 places one after the other in India. This tour has been named Dil-Luminati. A female fan has sent a legal notice to the singer for cheating in the ticket prices of Diljit's show and not buying the tickets. This notice has been sent by Diljit's fan named Riddhima Kapoor. In the notice, Kapoor has said that the ticket prices have been manipulated before the tour, which is an unfair business practice. There is also an allegation of violation of customers' rights.

Let us tell you that the girl who has sent the notice is a law student from Delhi. She was very excited to watch the live concert of her favorite star. But she could not get a ticket, due to which she took this big step and sent a notice to Diljit. Diljit's shows will be held in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh and Guwahati.

In the notice sent by Kapoor, it is said that the announcement of ticket booking was made on September 12 at 1 pm. But the tickets were made available at 12.59 pm. Due to which hundreds of fans booked tickets within a minute and later people did not get tickets. HDFC credit card was made to get the pass early. However, despite the money being deducted from his account, he could not get the pass and later the amount was refunded. In such a situation, due to the tickets going live before time, he could not get the ticket.

In the legal notice, Kapoor said that by doing this, black marketing of tickets has been promoted. Because suddenly the tickets go live a minute earlier, which leads to a huge jump in prices. In such a situation, their prices are being manipulated on a large scale. This malpractice has been brought under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, which promotes hoarding. Later the hoarders sell the said tickets for more money.
