Dr Nene shared a video on Instagram and said that one should avoid eating white bread, fruit juice, sweet cereals, processed meat, sweet curd for breakfast.

What should not be eaten in breakfast?
White bread:
Most people eat white bread and butter for breakfast, which is harmful for health. White bread is made from flour and is processed with low quality carbs. Eating white bread increases the risk of blood sugar. Bread increases obesity and increases the risk of heart diseases. If you are consuming bread for breakfast, then stop.

Fruit juice: Some people consume juice with breakfast. Juice is beneficial for health but drinking fruit juice for breakfast can increase blood sugar. Fiber and other nutrients are destroyed in making juice, due to which the full benefit is not obtained. These juices are high in sweetness, which increases weight. Eat fruits instead.

Sweet yogurt: Some people eat lassi or sweet curd with paratha or curd for breakfast. This can increase the amount of sugar in the body. Eating sweet curd for breakfast every day increases the risk of diabetes. This also increases the size and also creates many risks. Therefore, sweet curd should not be eaten for breakfast.

Processed meats: Processed meat should not be consumed for breakfast. It increases the risk of stomach and colorectal cancer. Processed meat can cause high blood pressure and sugar problems. Therefore, processed meat should not be eaten for breakfast.
