Washington: President-elect Donald Trump has promised Native Americans that he wants to remove the law that allows them to obtain citizenship immediately after taking office. But to do this they have to climb straight. Because under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution made in 1924, a child born in America automatically becomes a citizen of America. Even if a child of an illegal immigrant is born in the United States, he or she becomes a United States citizen.

Taking advantage of this, many travelers come with pregnant women and give birth to the child in America so that the child automatically becomes an American citizen. Therefore, it is possible that the population of other countries will increase compared to the Native Americans settled in America. Starting in 1924, the United States decided to recognize children born in the United States as officially American.

According to this, a Chinese woman gave birth to a child among a Chinese couple visiting America. His name was Wong Kim Ark. He automatically became an American citizen. The court also confirmed his citizenship.

The 24th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution grants citizenship to all people born in the United States, whether white, black, brown, or yellow. Now the question is what Trump will do or can do to stop it. He said in an interview on Sunday that he wants to introduce a law that one of the parents of a newborn must be a US citizen. Along with this he said that those who enter America illegally will not get passports. Social Security numbers also will not be available, and some basic exemptions that taxpayers enjoy will not be available.

Supporting Trump’s view, Andrew Arthur of the Legal Center for Immigration Studies said that the 1924 14th Amendment to the Constitution (which changed constitutional law to allow settlers) made it clear that illegal immigrants would Native children will not get American. Citizenship can do Donald Trump also says the same thing.

Nauresh of Cato Institute says that if this is done then there will be many legal battles. That’s why I don’t take Trump’s statements seriously because the Constitution will have to be amended again.

One thing is certain that Trump will somehow find a legal and constitutional way to end the ongoing conspiracies to make illegal immigrants and their children American citizens by giving birth in America. Otherwise observers believe that the population of brown, yellow and black people in America will exceed that of whites.
