Ranchi, August 31 (HS). Domestic Women's T20 League matches will be played from September 5 at the JSCA Cricket Stadium in Dhurva, Ranchi. Jharkhand's women cricket players will get a chance to show their talent in the cricket competition to be played till September 15.

In a press conference held at the stadium's Senate Amitabh Choudhary Pavilion on Saturday, Vice President Dr Narendra Sinha said that the Women's League Cricket Competition will be inaugurated on September 5. Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren will be the chief guest at the event. The final of the competition will be played on September 15. Through this competition, the talents here will get a chance to emerge and move forward.

On the occasion, Joint Secretary PN Singh said that this league is being organized in Ranchi for the third time. Girls from Jharkhand are participating in the competition. Players from the age group of Under-19 and above are included in this. Five teams named Ranchi Royals, Dhanbad Dragons, Jamshedpur Titans, Bokaro Warriors and Dumka Dynamos will play in this competition. Rashmi Gudiya, Durga Kumari, Devyani Prasad, Monika Murmu and Khushboo Kumari are the captains of different teams. Two matches will be played every day in this competition to be played at the JSCA Stadium. The final match will be played between the top two teams in the points table.

The Joint Secretary said that entry for spectators will be free. Their entry will be from the South Pavilion side.

On the occasion, JSCA Secretary Debashish Chakraborty, Jai Kumar Sinha besides representatives of sports event management company WCI Vishal Singh, Sunny Sonkar and others were also present.
