Dog squad team made villagers aware about wild animal safety

Joint patrolling is being done by the Forest Division and Dog Squad team to protect the forests and wild animals in the forest areas under Balodabazar Forest Division and to curb hunting activities as well as to spread awareness about wild animals among the villagers. Under this campaign, on Friday, the Dog Squad team of Jungle Safari Raipur marched on foot and patrolled the villages adjoining the area of ​​Sonakhan, Devpur, Baranwapara Sanctuary and Forest Development Corporation and made the villagers aware.

During the foot march, the Dog Squad joint team is giving advice to the villagers about protecting wild animals, not doing illegal hunting and illegal felling. Also, keeping in mind the festival season, all the vehicles coming and going are being intensively checked at all the barriers in the forest areas. This campaign is being run in the villages by forest department officers and employees along with the dog squad team. The members of the Rural and Forest Management Committee are continuously doing the work of explaining and patrolling the areas which are highly sensitive from the wildlife point of view. The department is continuously making efforts for the protection of forests and wild animals.
