Dog show in LPU: Rodeweiler Eva and Momo won the best dog show award, have won 25 competitions in the country and abroad

There was a huge crowd of people watching the dog. In both the rings, the Rodeweiler stood first and the German Shepherd stood second. Children and youth enjoyed this show very much. The show was inaugurated by MP Sushil Rinku, SSP Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar and Lovely Bakers CEO Sheshav Mittal. Rajya Sabha member Ashok Mittal and LPU Pro-Chancellor Rashmi Mittal were the chief guests at the closing ceremony. Dog competitions were organized in two rings under the leadership of judges Sharat Sharma and CA Martin. In the competition, 12 dogs each got first place in both the rings. On this occasion, apart from Dr. BS Brar, Engineer SS Mann, Rupak Dheer and Tejinder Singh, people from different states were present.

Eva and Momo, winners of Rs 40 lakh, were bought from Croatia

Momo and Eva, the Roadweiler dogs that won first place in the dog show organized by the Kohinoor Kennel Club at LPU, belong to the same family. Both the dogs belong to Sikandar Singh, founder of Panchkula Kennel Club. Sikandar Singh tells that both the dogs have won 25 competitions in the country and abroad. He brought dogs of this breed to the country for the first time in 1995. His uncle had gone to Australia and brought Roadweiler dogs from there. He owns 13 Roadweilers. Concrete arrangements have been made to keep them in Shimla. Raising them and participating in competitions is a hobby. Eva is a dog and Momo is a dog. Both were born on 19 April 2020. This is the number one dog in the country. These were brought from Croats. Every dog ​​eats eggs for breakfast, rice at lunch and chicken at night. The cost of one day's food for each dog is Rs 500 to Rs 700. Both of them are fully vaccinated and have traveled to different states of the country and across Europe. He has participated in competitions organized in Chandigarh, Karnal, Dehradun apart from Italy, Malaysia and Europe and has been the winner. He said that Rottweiler is a friendly dog ​​and people have a misconception that it bites but it is not so at all. At almost every show, hundreds of people play with him and take pictures with him.
