Honey: Honey contains propolis, which helps reduce allergies. You can consume one spoon of honey daily.
basil: Take the juice of basil leaves and apply it on the allergic area. Basil leaves have anti-allergic properties, which can help in reducing allergies.
Clove: Cloves have antibacterial properties, which can help reduce allergies. Apply some clove oil on the affected area. This can also provide relief.
neem: Boil neem leaves in water, cool them and massage the body with this water. Consumption of Neem provides relief from allergies.
Ginger: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, which can reduce inflammation caused by allergies. You can extract ginger juice and mix it with honey.
Gram: Prepare a paste by mixing gram and milk and apply it on the allergic area. This can reduce skin heat and provide relief from allergies.
Tea Water: Tea water contains caffeine, which can control some allergy symptoms. Drinking at least two cups of tea water daily can provide relief from allergies. If your allergies are more severe or are not providing relief with home remedies, it is best to consult a doctor.
