If you have any traffic invoice of Delhi Police, you are also pending-it has been cut on the road or came by camera-there is good news for you. Now you are going to get a special opportunity to repay it (and perhaps dealing with less money).
The Delhi Traffic Police, along with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, is organizing the International Lok Adalat this Saturday, September 13, 2025. This is a special program of a day, which aims to help people to settle their old traffic invoices quickly and easily, so that thousands of pending cases can be finished.
But the most important thing: You cannot go directly to court.
To participate in this Lok Adalat, you have to download a special e-slip from the Delhi Traffic Police website. This is your entry ticket.
There is a big condition in this: The link to download these e-slip will be active for a very short time. The link will be live on September 11, 2025 at exactly 10:00 am and will remain open till the limited number of slip is over. And believe me, in a few minutes these slips are over as soon as the link opens.
What do you have to do:
- Be prepared on the website of Delhi Traffic Police before 10 am on September 11.
- As soon as the link is seen, click on it and download your challan slip. This slip must have written on which court and which bench number you have to go.
- On September 13, take a printout of that slip and go to the court mentioned and get your challan settled in front of the magistrate.
The entire process works on the basis of ‘first come, first serve’, and only a limited number of invoices will be dealt with. Therefore, if you want to clean your record, be ready for action on Thursday morning.
