Trans fat and processed fat affect bone health. Excessive consumption of this can cause problems like inflammation in the bones. This fat is mostly found in fried foods, burgers, pizza and other junk foods. For strong bones, it should be completely avoided or consumed in small quantities.
Liquor
Alcohol is not only harmful for the liver. It also weakens the bones. Alcohol reduces bone density and hinders calcium absorption. This increases the risk of bone weakness and fractures.
