Do not be lax in exchanging election related information: Deepak Meena

Meerut, 24 February (HS). District Election Officer Deepak Meena said that there should be no laxity in exchanging information related to Lok Sabha elections. Follow the guidelines given by the Election Commission.

A review meeting of nodal officers related to Lok Sabha elections was held on Saturday in Vikas Bhawan Auditorium. He said that information should be sent by forming a WhatsApp group of nodal officers. Laxity will not be tolerated in any election related work. The sought information should be given to the concerned authorities in time. Any officer or employee who is already on duty should not be put on duty at another place. The format of writing with paint at all polling booths should be approved and completed.

Must be 100% as per AMF standard. Master trainer and training schedule and all the arrangements at the training center should be checked. Necessary preparations should be made in advance with the observer as per his needs. The District Magistrate reviewed the works of Control Room, Route Chart, Webcasting, Communication Plan, Videography, Photography, CVigil App, Health Services, Women Booth, Youth Booth, Disabled Booth, Pink Booth, MCMC, MCC etc.

On this occasion, Additional District Magistrate Administration Amit Kumar, Additional District Magistrate City Brijesh Singh, Additional District Magistrate Finance Suryakant Tripathi, City Magistrate Anil Kumar, Additional Municipal Commissioner Pramod Kumar, District Information Officer Sumit Kumar etc. were present.
