Do farmers working in others' fields get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana, know here!

The next installment of PM Kisan Yojana is going to be released in the next few hours, for which lakhs of farmers across the country are eagerly waiting. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 16th installment of Kisan Yojana from Maharashtra. However, there are many farmers who are confused about whether money will come into their account or not. Some people are unaware, while others are worried about what they will get if they work on someone else's land. Let's consider these questions:

1. Who does not get the installment?

Only those farmers who have agricultural land in their name are eligible to receive Rs 6,000 annually under PM Kisan Yojana. If someone is working on another person's land or doing farming on ancestral land, then they will not get the benefit. It is necessary for the land to be registered in the name of the farmer.

2. Action against fake farmers:

This scheme is not for individuals doing government jobs or filing income tax returns. Any attempt by such persons to avail benefits under the scheme may result in legal consequences. The government has implemented e-KYC to identify fake beneficiaries and take appropriate action against them.

3. Transfer of land ownership:

If one is farming on his/her parents' land, it is mandatory to transfer the ownership of the land in one's name to avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana.

The government is committed to ensure that the benefits of the scheme reach genuine and eligible farmers. Eligible candidates are advised to apply immediately and avoid any legal implications associated with fraudulent claims.
