DM took stock of Raniganj Canal Chhath Ghat with officials

Araria, 01 November (HS). DM Anil Kumar took stock of the Canal Chhath Ghat of Raniganj along with the officials. While inspecting the Canal Chhath Ghat, the District Magistrate gave many necessary guidelines regarding the pre-preparation of Mahaparva Chhath.

The District Magistrate directed the concerned officer to get the identified deep ghat barricaded and to construct a changing room at the ghat for Chhathvartis. Apart from this, instructions were given to the concerned officials for cleaning the ghats, making arrangements for watch towers and lighting on the ghats. Sub-divisional Officer Araria, District Panchayati Raj Officer Araria and officials of the concerned department were present on the occasion.
