DM-SP took to the streets late at night to take stock of Dussehra preparations.

Jalaun, 10 October (Hindustanism). Jalaun district administration is completely alert keeping in mind the upcoming Maha Navratri and upcoming Dussehra festival. Late on Wednesday night, District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar Pandey and Superintendent of Police Dr. Durgesh Kumar took stock of the security arrangements by patrolling major places in Orai on foot. During this, he inspected the Durga pandals and examined the security arrangements and also checked the CCTV cameras installed in the pandals.

District Magistrate Pandey and SP visited Shaheed Bhagat Singh Square, Swami Vivekananda Square, Mahil Talab, and Rath Road to the station. He instructed the policemen to remain alert so that any disturbance by miscreants can be prevented. He told the committees of Devi Pandals that the standards of security arrangements should be met so that major loss of life can be avoided.
