In this sequence, the officers visited almost all the big Chhath Ghats of the corporation area and took stock of the preparations going on there, which include Chhath Ghat near DIET Bhawan, MNREGA Chhath Ghat and other Chhath Ghats. Along with completing the cleaning immediately, he directed to get the ghats painted and bleaching powder sprayed. He also directed to make adequate barricading on the ghats according to the depth of water.
