Forbesganj/Araria, 18 September (HS). Araria District Magistrate Anil Kumar today conducted a surprise inspection of Bhargama Block Office and Community Health Center Bhargama. During the tour of the area, the District Magistrate gave many necessary instructions to the concerned officials. During the inspection, the District Magistrate reviewed the works of housing, MNREGA, ICDS, supply, livelihood, cleanliness etc.
While reviewing the housing scheme, the district magistrate directed to set up a control room at the district level so that suggestions could be invited. Also, the concerned officer was instructed to put up posters related to this in all blocks. MNREGA was instructed to build biogas, badminton courts etc. in the panchayats. During the review related to supply, it was told that lifting of grains has been ensured by almost 100% dealers.
During the review by the District Magistrate, the works of ICDS and Jeevika were also reviewed. The District Magistrate directed the Circle Officer to listen to the complaints of the people in the work of land survey. Instructions were given to provide the list of Aadhar centers working in all the blocks and to publicize it through DPRO. During the inspection, the District Magistrate also interacted with the sanitation workers. The District Magistrate also inspected the Adarsh Madhya Vidyalaya Bhargama. After this, the District Magistrate took stock of the various facilities available in the Community Health Center Bhargama. While inspecting various wards of the hospital, he gave many important guidelines to provide the benefit of better medical services to the people. The District Magistrate inspected the delivery ward, general OPD, emergency and other wards of the hospital.
After the inspection, the District Magistrate directed the concerned health officials to ensure better arrangements for cleanliness in the hospital and to provide proper benefits of all kinds of facilities available to the patients. Doctors and health workers were ordered to be present on their duty in different shifts as per the roster set by the District Magistrate. Similarly, the concerned health officer was also directed to ensure the availability of doctors and health workers at the prescribed time at HWC, APHC and other medical institutions located in rural areas. Additional District Magistrate Araria, Civil Surgeon, Additional District Magistrate Disaster Management, District Panchayat Panchayati Raj Officer, District Education Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer Farbigsanj and other concerned health officers were present on the occasion.
