DM Anil Kumar was seen in aggressive mood as soon as he took charge, inspected Sadar Hospital along with all the government offices | News India

Araria, September 10 (HS). 2017 batch IAS Anil Kumar joined as the new District Officer of Araria on Tuesday. This is his first joining in Araria as DM and with the joining, the newly appointed DM Anil Kumar was seen in full form.

He introduced himself to senior officers of various departments in his office at the Collectorate. After which he took feedback from them about the ongoing schemes and development works in the district. After which he conducted a surprise inspection of all the departments and government offices located in the Collectorate premises and along with taking departmental information from the officers and employees, he was also seen giving many necessary instructions.

He instructed the officers and employees about keeping the files and papers in an orderly manner and cleanliness. After that, DM Anil Kumar suddenly reached Sadar Hospital with the officers and conducted a surprise inspection of the entire hospital premises. From OPD to medicine distribution center and various wards, he enquired about the condition and facilities being provided to the patients admitted there.

During the inspection at Sadar hospital, DDC Rosie Kumari, Forbesganj SDM IAS Shailaja Pandey, Civil Surgeon Dr. KK Kashyap along with officials of other departments and health department officials were present. The newly posted DM gave many necessary guidelines to the health department officials regarding improving health services including cleanliness.

After inspecting the Sadar Hospital, DM Anil Kumar said that all the development and other works going on in the district on the basis of the government's priority are satisfactory and the ongoing development works will be taken further. Regarding the inspection of the hospital, he said that today was his first day and he inspected the hospital with the aim of seeing and understanding the health facility and infrastructure present in the hospital.

The attention of the officers has been drawn to the shortcomings found during the inspection, and instructions have been given to rectify them soon. The newly posted DM expressed satisfaction over the health facilities in Sadar Hospital and said that whatever new infrastructure is going to come, the health facilities will be made more complete by using it.
