A tragic accident took place late at night in Sultanpur village of Industrial Police Station area of Hajipur, Bihar. Where 9 crows died after coming in contact with high voltage wire while climbing on the trolley. Six people have been burnt in this accident, out of which the condition of one is said to be critical. It is being told that the accident happened when the crows were going to perform Jalabhishek in Sonpur temple by riding on a trolley with DJ.
9 devotees died due to electric shock
According to the information received, the accident happened late at night, when a trolley came in contact with a high tension line in Sultanpur village. All the devotees on the trolley were returning after filling Ganga water from Pahelaja and were about to perform Jalabhishek in Sonpur temple. Ravi Kumar, Raja Kumar, Naveen Kumar, Amresh Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Chandan Kumar, Kalu Kumar and Ashish Kumar died in this accident. A minor is also included among them. 8 people died on the spot, while another died during treatment.
In this regard, Sadar SDPO Om Prakash said that all these people were carrying a DJ. During this, the DJ collided with a 11000 volt wire, in which 9 people died. All the deceased are said to be from the same village. At the same time, the local people allege that even after calling, the employees of the electricity department did not cut the power supply immediately, due to which people could not be saved. Local people say that if the line had been cut immediately, many lives could have been saved. Therefore, people were demanding action against two employees of the electricity department.
