Earlier on Friday, closing was at 79402.29, after which as soon as the market opened on Monday, Sensex once again crossed the level of 80000, touching the level of 80351.19 with a jump of more than 900 points. As far as Nifty-50 is concerned, it had earlier closed at 24180 on Friday and on Monday once again Nifty showed a rise and touched a high of 24440. Nifty has seen a rise of more than 250 points so far.
