Divisional Commissioner said – Those who talk on mobile while driving are not safe

Mirzapur, March 13 (Hindustan Reporter) Divisional Commissioner Vindhyachal Division Dr. Muthukumar Swami B. Instructed the concerned officials to take strict action against those who talk on mobile while driving.

Giving strict instructions to the Assistant Divisional Transport Officer and Police Department officers, he said that the drivers of two wheelers, four wheelers, heavy and light vehicles often talk on mobile phones and talk with ear phones, Bluetooth etc. The possibility of accidents remains high. Taking a tough stand, he said that strict action should be taken against such people by running an intensive campaign and action should be taken to seize their vehicles.

Divisional Commissioner also directed the Assistant Regional Manager Roadways that this rule will also apply to the drivers of roadways. He said that the Assistant Regional Manager should hold a meeting with all the vehicle drivers at his level and make them aware by instructing them not to talk on mobile while driving.
