Forbesganj/Araria, 25 November (Hindustan Reporter). A meeting of Paddy Procurement/Supply Task Force/Food Security Mission/Agriculture Task Force/Fertilizer Task Force/Industry Task Force was organized today in the Parman Auditorium located at the Collectorate under the chairmanship of Araria District Officer Anil Kumar. In the meeting, the work of all the departments was reviewed one by one. In this sequence, Chief Minister Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneur Scheme, Extremely Backward Class Entrepreneur Scheme, Women and Youth Entrepreneur Scheme along with Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme, Prime Minister’s Micro Food Enterprises Upgradation Scheme etc. were reviewed.
Many necessary guidelines were given by the District Officer to the concerned officials. In the meeting of the Industry Task Force, the District Magistrate directed the concerned officer to achieve the set target at all costs. Instructions were given to work in coordination with all the bankers. In this, instructions were given not to be careless in any way. Similarly, in the meeting of the District Agriculture Task Force, a thorough review of Rabi Crop Achchadan, Digital Crop Survey, availability of fertilizers, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Kisan Credit Card etc. was done.
During this period, many important guidelines were given by the District Magistrate to the concerned officials regarding compliance with their work and responsibilities. In the meeting of the Supply Task Force, a thorough review of the lifting/distribution of food grains under Antyodaya Anna Yojana/PHH Scheme, new ration card, door step delivery, inspection and supervision etc. was done. During the meeting, all the marketing officers were instructed by the District Officer to regularly inspect the PDS shops of their work area. Sub-Divisional Officer Araria, Sub-Divisional Officer Forbesganj and all the district/block level officers of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
