District Magistrate took stock of Shravani fair and gave many instructions

Bhagalpur, August 3 (HS). District Magistrate Dr. Naval Kishor Chaudhary, along with all the officials of the district and block, inspected the Namami Gange Ghat and Ajai Vi Nath Ganga Ghat of Sultanganj on Saturday. During this, the District Magistrate inquired about the arrangements in the Shravani Mela from the Kanwarias coming from outside. The Kanwarias said that there will be better arrangements this year than next year. At the same time, District Officer Dr. Naval Kishor Chaudhary gave necessary guidelines to all the officials and talked about providing better arrangements to the Kanwarias. Local MLA Professor Lalit Narayan Mandal also talked to the Kanwarias about better arrangements and gave suggestions.

The District Magistrate said that better facilities are being provided to the devotees coming from outside for Shravani Mela. Feedback was taken from the devotees to provide better facilities. He said that like next year, this year too there will be a rate chart for vehicle parking. At the same time, the station in-charge Priya Ranjan was instructed to remove the shops of those who have set up more shops in the parking area. Instructions have also been given to check for fake food items and other items in the Kachchi Kanwaria Path.

During this time SDO Dhananjay Kumar, DSP Chandrabhushan Kumar, City Council President Raj Kumar Guddu, Executive Officer Mrityunjay Kumar, BDO Sanjeev Kumar, CO Ravi Kumar along with officials of all departments of the district and block were present.
