District Magistrate told students- Best of luck

Jhansi, 21 February (Hindu). District Magistrate Avinash Kumar wished best of luck to all the candidates appearing for the High School and Intermediate Examination-2024 of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council Prayagraj starting from Thursday. Also instructed to deal strictly with the unruly elements disrupting the board exams.

The District Magistrate said that a total of 46733 students, including 24489 high school students and 22044 intermediate students, will appear at 67 examination centers in the district. Based on the number of candidates, 4 examination centers in the district are sensitive. He said that all the Zonal Magistrates, Sector Magistrates and 3310 teachers deployed at the examination centers, deployed for conducting cheating-free examinations in the district, have been told that they will be directly responsible for any error and any kind of negligence in conducting cheating-free examinations. Strict action will be taken against the officers involved.

He said that all sector and zonal magistrates should ensure the functioning of CCTV cameras with recorders in their respective centers so that all the candidates can be seen in the control room of the district through CCTV cameras in the centres. He said that Section 144 should be completely followed in the district during board exams.

He said that the room inspector must have his identity card at the centre. Before the examination, the center administrator should search the girl students in closed rooms only by female teachers, male teachers or staff will not search the girl students under any circumstances. He directed all the Sector Magistrates and Zonal Sector Magistrates to visit the centers before the examination and do necessary inspection so that the candidates do not have to face any kind of problem.
