Jalaun, 19 September (HS). District Magistrate/Vice President of Development Authority Rajesh Kumar Pandey inaugurated the e-office system in Development Authority Orai. Accountability of employees and officers will be fixed after the implementation of e-office system.
He said that the implementation of e-office system in Vikas Pradhikaran Orai will provide great relief to the employees. He said that with the implementation of e-office system, there will be transparency in departmental work and the accountability of the employees on pending files will be fixed. He said that e-office is a mission mode project of Uttar Pradesh government. Which works on the software of NIC. This system has additional benefits compared to the traditional filing system.
The main objective of starting e-office is to speed up government work by making the office paperless. He said that if any file comes in e-office, then its notification is received by the concerned person. That file is disposed of in a timely manner and with high quality.
On this occasion, Development Authority Secretary/Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Sanjay Kumar, Senior Treasury Officer Anand Singh, Assistant Engineer Kamlesh Kumar, Junior Engineer Sudhir Kumar, E District Manager Pushpendra Singh etc. along with other concerned officers were present.
