Mirzapur, 15 April (HIST). District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan conducted a surprise inspection of Tehsil Madihan on Monday. The District Magistrate expressed strong displeasure over non-issuance of e-permanent during inspection of records. Chief Revenue Officer Satya Prakash Singh was directed to immediately check and ensure whatever arrangements have to be made for the issuance of e-permanence.
During the inspection, the registers and files were inspected regarding collection records, meeting room, voting registration, disaster assistance register and Chief Minister Farmer Accident Register, status of payment in relation to eligible applications, status of payment in relation to applications received in natural disaster, etc.
Expressing his displeasure over the pending applications in the Farmers Accident Insurance Register since September and detailed information not being uploaded on the register, the Chief Minister also wrote that the register should be filled point wise and payment should be made in respect of the application form. Go. Collection Section Service Book, GPF, NPS Passbook, Sub District Magistrate Judicial Court, Khatauni Counter, etc. were visited and inspected. The District Magistrate directed all the counter assistants and said that the records and registers should be kept in order so that the situation can be clear at the time of any inspection.
