Purnia 30 April (His). Purnia District and Sessions Judge Sujit Kumar Singh retired on 30 April 2024. After his retirement, the Advocates Association gave him an emotional farewell in a simple ceremony on Tuesday. A large number of advocates were present on this occasion.
Sujit Kumar Singh took charge as District and Sessions Judge in Purnia in the month of September 2022. Before this he was the Chief Justice of Munger Family Court.
In his address, Sujit Kumar Singh said that it is a matter of pride for me that I was sent to Purnia by saying that Purnia is a big judgeship, go and take care of it. I got a lot of respect here. I really enjoyed my stay in Purnia Judgeship and it was here that I also got the super selection grade. What could be a bigger achievement than this for me?
