Dissatisfied spokesperson joins BJP within hours after breaking ties with Congress

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Before the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Congress is facing setbacks one after another. Two big Congress leaders have resigned within 24 hours. On Wednesday, boxer Vijender Singh resigned from Congress and joined BJP. Today Gaurav Vallabh resigned from Congress and left the party in a shambles. Now he has joined BJP. Along with Gaurav Vallabh, former state president of Bihar Congress Anil Sharma and Upendra Prasad of RJD have been given membership of the party by Vinod Tawde.

Had earlier resigned from Congress Party

Earlier this morning, senior Congress leader and spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh resigned from all posts of the Congress Party. While resigning in a social media post, he also gave the reason for leaving the party. Gaurav Vallabh said in his resignation post that 'There is a world of difference between the Congress of when I joined the party and the Congress of today.' Apart from this, he further said that 'they cannot raise slogans against Sanatan day and night or abuse the wealth creators of the country. Therefore, he is resigning from all posts along with the primary membership of the Congress Party.

I have a lot to say and write, but my values ​​prevent me from saying anything that might hurt others. However, I am putting my views before you today, because I feel that hiding the truth is also a crime, and I do not want to be a part of this crime. The Congress spokesperson further wrote, 'I am a professor of finance. After getting membership of the Congress Party, the party made me its national spokesperson. The party's stand on many issues was forcefully presented before the great people of the country. But for the last few days, I have been feeling uncomfortable with the party's stance. When I joined the Congress Party, I believed that Congress is the oldest party in the country. Where young, intellectual people and their ideas are given importance. But in the last few years, I realized that the current form of the party is not keeping pace with the youth with new ideas.
