According to the election affidavit, Pooja Khedkar's parents own 110 acres of agricultural land, which violates the Agricultural Land Ceiling Act. Apart from this, there are 6 shops, seven flats (one in Hiranandani), 900 grams of gold, diamonds, a gold watch worth Rs 17 lakh, four cars. Apart from this, there is also partnership in two private companies and an automobile firm. Not only this, IAS Pooja Khedkar herself has assets worth Rs 17 crore.
Not only this, it has also come to light that Pooja Khedkar has claimed to be visually impaired and mentally ill in her affidavit submitted to UPSC. Khedkar used this disability certificate to get special concessions for selection in UPSC. Pooja Khedkar passed the civil services examination despite getting less marks due to the concession.

Pooja Khedkar has secured 841st rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination. Pooja's mother is the Sarpanch of Bhalgaon in Ahmednagar district. In Pooja's family, both her father and grandfather are in administrative services. Her father also worked as an Assistant Collector in Pune.
