Guptkashi, 16 November (HIST). Under the aegis of 15th Corps National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Gadarpur, Udham Singh Nagar, a program was organized under the Upgraded School Safety Program at PM Shri Atal Excellent Government Inter College, Guptkashi, in which the students and teachers of the school were trained by the experts of NDRF. Role and responsibility of NDRF, measures in case of heart attack, measures in case of strangulation, bleeding control, emergency, non-emergency move, preparing structure in an improvised manner, what to do during fire emergency, flood, earthquake by Inspector Trapan Rawat and his team. The students of the school participated enthusiastically in this program and tried to learn to deal with any kind of emergency that may come in future. After the program, Team NDRF presented a Disaster Management Kit with structure, disaster related posters and calendar, pen drive and CD drive to the school which can be used by the students of the school in case of any kind of emergency in future.
