Disappointed with Bittu, Ashu left the meeting and said – Bittu ji, you will be the star of social media, we will be the star of the public

Ludhiana: After the criminal case was registered under non-bailable sections, the Congress meeting called to decide the next strategy turned into a clash. State Congress working president and former cabinet minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu vented his anger on the MP and left the meeting. Congress workers, including MPs Ravneet Singh Bittu, Bharat Bhushan Ashu and Sanjay Talwar, had gathered for a meeting at the Friends Regency Hotel near the CP office in the non-bailable case registered against 60 people by the police. Despite the lateness of MP Ravneet Bittu and the lateness of District Youth Congress President Harjinder Singh Happy Lali, Provincial Executive President Ashu did not like to sit on the stage. First of all he listened to Lalli completely on the stage and then taught the lesson of discipline to all the Congressmen. When the meeting started again, half an hour later, Ashu got up again, took the mike and addressed Bittu and said, 'Bittu ji, you will become the star of social media, we are the star of the public…' and left the meeting. After this, Bittu said in his address after some time that people often get angry at marriages, we will persuade, unite and arrest them.

It is noteworthy that the time of the meeting was given at 11 am. The senior leadership of Congress arrived almost at the right time. Ashu along with other leaders kept waiting for MP Ravneet Singh Bittu, who arrived late by 26 minutes. Then the meeting started and after some time, District Youth Congress President Harjinder Singh Heli Lali came and stood in front of the stage. His chair was behind District President Sanjay Talwar. Then as soon as Ashu took over the mike, he taught his class a lesson in discipline.

Congress will make mass arrests at 12 noon on Tuesday

After the case has been registered against the Congressmen including MP Ravneet Singh Bittu, it has been decided that all the workers will reach the Police Commissioner's office at 12 noon on Tuesday for arrest. Everyone will walk with slogans in their hands that they are involved in the lockdown dharna. All the Congressmen said that the lockdown should be continuously opposed, hence everyone should be united. During the meeting, many senior Congress leaders remembered the old days of Congress's struggle.
